Please follow these simple steps on how to reactivate your account with us.
1. Go to your account: cambridgelivetrust.co.uk/tickets/my-account
2. Once on the page, click the "Forgotten your password? Reset here" button.
3. Enter you email address and click "Email password link to me".
4. Open the email from tickets@cambridgelivetrust.co.uk titled "New Password" and click the link in the email.
5. This link will take you to the create new password page where you can enter and confirm your new password.
Update your details
Do you want to be the first to hear about events when they go on sale? Select the box saying "I wish to receive information from Cambridge Live and from the artists/performers I have booked for".
It is important that we have the correct information for you. Remember to add your phone number so we are able to contact you in emergencies relating to events you have booked for (e.g. cancellations or postponements).
