What are the current entry requirements? Do I need to wear a face covering?
From Thursday 27 January 2022, the NHS COVID Pass is no longer required for entry to the Corn Exchange, except for particular shows by the request of the artist. If the COVID Pass is required for your event, you will be notified by email.
We continue to request all customers to wear a face covering while inside our venue, however, in line with national guidance, this will now be a personal choice.
We ask that customers arrive in good time to allow smooth entry to the venue.
Will I be contacted about entry requirements?
Customers will be emailed information about Covid-related entry requirements 2 days before the event is due to take place. The information emailed to customers is the most up-to-date information.
For shows where the COVID Pass is still required, how can I obtain one?
Information can be found on the NHS website here: https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/coronavirus-covid-19/covid-pass/
Information about displaying a LFT can be found here: https://www.gov.uk/report-covid19-result
We accept international proof of full vaccination.
I am exempt from wearing a face covering – can I still attend?
Yes – customers with mask exemptions are still able to attend.
How can I find out the times for my event? Will there be a cloakroom?
Running times will be added to the event listings on our website as soon as we know them. This will often be on the day of the event. If they are not listed on our website we have not yet had them confirmed.
A cloakroom is now available for standing shows. Please note that payment is by card only.
My event was postponed – can I use my original ticket to gain entry to the new date?
Yes, original tickets can be used to gain entry, there is no need to receive new copies.
How can I access my e-tickets?
On our website, click ‘my account’ and log in – once logged in you will see various options, one being ‘e-tickets.’ Here you will find a record of any e-tickets you currently have and will be able to download them.
I am unsure whether my tickets were e-tickets or left for collection?
If you opted for e-tickets you will see them under the ‘e-tickets’ section of your account (see above.) If not, it is likely you have left them for collection from our Box Office and will be able to collect from our Box Office on the evening of the performance.
Do I need to print my e-tickets?
No, e-tickets can be displayed on phones.
How do I collect my tickets?
Tickets can be collected from our Box Office (two doors down from the Corn Exchange, opposite The Giggling Squid) on the evening of the performance.
When is the Box Office open?
From 6pm on performance evenings, or from 1 hour before the performance start time for matinee performances.
Can I be added to a waiting list for sold out events?
Unfortunately we are not currently able to operate waiting lists.
